Shipping policy
At The Breakup Brand, we pack every box with care and intention — then we hustle to get it to you (or your heartbroken bestie) as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how your order gets from our hands to your doorstep.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an email once your order is packed and ready to ship.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on your location and the method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they leave our hands.
Please note: We can’t control carrier delays, weather, holidays, or Mercury in retrograde — but we’ll always do our best to help if things get off track.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey every step of the way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery method and location. No hidden fees — just straightforward pricing so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is:
· Lost in transit, or
· Arrives damaged beyond use

· A description of the issue, and
· Photos, if applicable
We’ll investigate and do what we can to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
